Doc’s Tips: How to Get the Most from Your Clear Aligners

You should wear your aligner as much as possible, ideally 20-22 hours daily.
Only remove your aligner to eat and drink or for brushing and flossing. Put it back on immediately after.
You will need routine visits every 4 to 6 weeks to monitor your progress.
After completing your clear aligner therapy, it is important to continue to wear your retainers long term to maintain the stability of your bite.
